The Millennial International process eliminates the time issue that most Design/Build companies face.
When you outsource your drafting with us, you can also save on overhead costs, have quicker turnaround times, and access to our vast industry knowledge.
Our approach allows your company to focus on the things that matter most to you. We want to manage the tasks that you rather not handle.
Step By Step
1) Initial Meeting
During the discovery phase, you will share your company goals with us. We will start a study to ensure that we understand your design aesthetic and philosophy. Then we overlook your existing drawings and collaborate on figuring out the standard you are trying to achieve with your prints.
3) Design Development
Once we receive the files, your company will be assigned to a project manager. This will be your contact for all concerns. The PM will then meet & hand off to our design team. The design team will then produce concept drawings in less than a week.
2) File Handover
We will then share our Google-Drive folder for you to upload your existing files or existing conditions drawings.
4) Detail Phase
Once the concept drawings are approved by your company, additional detailed drawings will be created if necessary. This may include floor plans, elevations, sections, framing plans, etc.
5) Completed PDF
We will then email you a PDF of your final plans. Should any unexpected challenges or questions arise, your PM will communicate them with you and collaborate on a creative solution.
